The small commercial are in Highland North will feature several store fronts. Each space is 750 s.f. with an additional 750 s.f. of storage in the basement. These spaces can house a variety of commercial business such as offices, retail, gathering spaces, assembly (bars and restaurants) or any other business allowed in B2 zoning. Our hope is that neighborhood residents will want to open up shop to provide services to the neighborhood. Who knows, maybe a group of people will want to sell their garden vegetables, eggs or baked goods. Or maybe a group of parents want to open a homeschool co-op or small parent ran daycare. Whatever ends up in the spaces, it will only serve to benefit the neighborhood. The possibilities are endless.
