As the Highland North development goes on, it is our aspiration to provide a community area for the neighborhood to enjoy. As of now the plan is to have a 17.6K s.f. space that will be home to a dog park, small playground area, outdoor patio seating, indoor patio seating and potentially a small building that could be home to a few small individual kitchens/bar. It is important to note this vision is what we are ASPIRING to. The future of this area will be determined by the collective wishes of the community. This area could not only serve as a beautiful general gathering place but could also host things like community concerts, potlucks, block parties etc. When you picture your family and your neighbors communing together, this is the place.
